I think it's because you have a space in the name of your mp3 file:
track 1m.mp3
If you change it to:
track_1m.mp3
it should be OK
It's not a good idea to have spaces in the names of files on the Internet - I would change the names of the .jqz and .htm files too.

Is it possible for you to upgrade? I have no problem on Moodle 1.9.10: see below.
There are slight differences between linking to the "Share" code (top version) and using the "Embed" code (bottom version).
I also experimented with CC (closed captions) and "Transcribe Audio". It is very much a beta version. The nice young people below are discussing how often they check their emails. What she actually says is, "I almost got kicked out of my own house before." Nothing about fire or Muslims.

Depuis un moment j'utilise Wylio pour trouver des images Creative Commons pour égayer mes cours. J'encourage mes étudiants de l'utiliser aussi pour créer, par exemple, un glossaire illustré sur un thème en rapport avec leurs études.
Evidement, c'est plus facile de trouver en cherchant les termes en anglais qu'en français.
