Je renchérie sur ce que Mary a dit : une version Moodle d'il y a 3 ans est vraiment vieille : il faut s'attendre à avoir des problèmes. Tu as peut-être eu des problèmes pour passer par exemple, de 1.8 à 1.9, mais de 1.9.2 à 1.9.12 ça ne devrait pas poser la même difficulté. (De passer à la version 2 cette une autre paire de manches.) 1.9.12 est une version très stable - rien à craindre.

Ca m'a pris du temps pour comprendre qu'utiliser une version récente  n'est pas une question d'être "à la mode" ou "avant garde" mais surtout de profiter d'une version avec le moins de bugs possible, et un maximum de sécurité.

Si jamais tu rencontres un problème avec la mise à jour, il y a plein de gens ici très gentils et beaucoup plus calés que moi pour t'aider.

Could you try generating the exercise on a different computer ? What computer are you using ?

Another thing you could try is uploading the exercise (in zip not tar format) to Gordon's test site to see what happens there and so Gordon can have a look at it easily.

You could also use Moodle inbuilt audio player or, if you use QuizPort, the square brackets notation. These both work perfectly well - though I do prefer the look of Dewplayer.

PS Years ago, I used to teach Vietnamese and Chinese pilots English in preparation for being trained to fly A320s. I used to tremble every time there was an accident involving certain airlines fearing it was one of the pilots I'd taught who hadn't understood the control tower.
