Well, if the "repair all tables" still does not work, there must be something wrong with your moodle install, because I see no reason why the T/F question would not work. Maybe try to re-install moodle...

If you could give a more precise description of your problem, maybe we could help. Please provide concrete examples.

Hi Timo,
Oops! I am sorry to have given you false hope. The syntax of the cloze question does not accept formatted text (bold, italics, paragraph, etc.) in the feedback texts. In your feedback texts you have for example:
{1:MULTICHOICE:~=Zuerst#</p>
<p><strong>Richtig! Sehr gut!</strong></p>~Danach#
<p><strong>Leider falsch!</strong></p>
<p>Kanya <em>beginnt</em> hier, das Programm zu beschreiben. <em>danach</em>; steht immer in der Mitte.</p>~Anschließend#
<p><strong>Leider falsch!</strong></p>
<p>Kanya <em>beginnt</em> hier, das Programm zu beschreiben. <em>anschließend</em> steht immer in der Mitte.</p>}
All those html formatting tags should not be there, as they will cause an error in your cloze question syntax. You should re-write as:
{1:MULTICHOICE:~=Zuerst#Richtig! Sehr gut!~Danach#Leider falsch!Kanya beginnt hier, das Programm zu beschreiben. danach; steht immer in der Mitte.~Anschließend#Leider falsch!Kanya beginnt hier, das Programm zu beschreiben. anschließend steht immer in der Mitte.}
The reason why I managed to get your question to work OK in my previous message is that I have customized my own version of the Moodle cloze question type, precisely in order to allow such HTML formatting (including URLs) in the feedback text.
If you are interested in a little hack to get HTML formatting in your feedback texts and are ready to hack your Moodle files, then have look at this post. Apparently no-one has been interested in this feature so far, which explains why it is still not available in current Moodle distributions.
All the best,
Joseph
