if you had conducted a Search with the words "timer" and selected the "quiz" module, then you would have found that questions about the position of the Quiz timer have been asked (and answered) many times in this forum.

The best way to generate exactly the kind of charts & graphs is to export your data (Download as text format) either to a spreadsheet such as Excel or to a more sophisticated stats package. Once your data is in the spreadsheet you can do what you want with it.
