Remember that the more information you provide the better chance you have of getting a useful answer to your problem.
1.- H5P Forum - please read this BEFORE posting
2.- What is your role on your Moodle platform (Admin, Teacher, etc.). Do you have the "capacity" to upload new H5P libraries to your Moodle site?
3.- On the Moodle forums we prefer to welcome members with a real name, not a fancy name or just initials.🙄

You don't say if your problem is only with the H5P Course Presentation activity or with other H5P activities as well.
Your problem may be related to Can't 'get' activities in H5P Interactive Content Plugin [Moodle 4.0]
