I have a question. In Moodle 1.9 it was easy to inspect backup files. But the 2.0 *.mbz backup files are just "garble". How can you inspect them ?

I don't really understand what you want to do. If a questionnaire is set to "respond once only", then the View tab only tells the student "You have already filled out this questionnaire for us. Thank you." But the other tabs allow the student to view his response AND the general course statistics (if those capabilities have been enabled in the Questionnaire settings).
Please explain again what you want to achieve.
