What you want is not possible. In Moodle questions, feedback (positive or negative) is given for choices that have actually been made/answers that have actually been given by the student. In your example, choice #3 "White or grey, when the weather is cloudy" has NOT been selected by the student, so it cannot trigger a feedback.

The only "feedback" that the student gets is the list of correct answers below their answers. There may exist a question type that would answer your request, but I cannot think of any at the moment. Let's wait and see what other members of this forum can say.

So you want to move a question from one category to another category? That is not done by "editing" a question.

Go to your questions list, click the question you want to move, and at the bottom of the list click the With selected button, then click the Move to and in the Move the selected questions window that appears, select from the dropdown list the target selection you need. That's all!
