As I explained in my previous answer, this is not possible because the Lesson activity programming is totally different from Quiz and the Question bank. The fact that some (actually only a limited set, as you found out) of the question types in the Question Bank can be "imported" into a Lesson activity results from a "hack" which only works one way.

Finally, you say you used the Lesson activity for its branching features. Would you use those branching features for your exam Lesson as well? Have you thought about using some H5P activities, such as Course Presentation, Interactive Book, Branching Scenario, etc. which might suit your purpose?

The Lesson activity works in a totally different way from the Quiz activity. You can not export Lesson questions in order to re-use them into another Lesson later on. Why did you choose to use the Lesson activity rather than the Quiz activity (with its associated Question bank) if you had planned to re-use your Lessons later on for an exam?

Tu as raison... si je décoche "imposer le téléchargement" je peux bien lire les mp3.

Je suis sur un Moodle 4.3. Tu n'as pas indiqué ta version de Moodle ni le thème utilisé  etc.

Tu es sûr ? moi je ne vois aucun lecteur audio s'afficher pour un fichier MP3 déposé dans une ressource Dossier... Tout ce que je vois c'est une liste des fichiers MP3 que je peux télécharger, pas écouter!
