I installed the "Moodle-latest"  is that right?  I could not find the rich text editor in the CVS, I am not sure where to look.  Is the Moodle-latest not the same?

I tried the brows function on two different Moodle setups and get the same result.  When I click on brows it says:

Continue

It does not mather which courser I am in.   Any sugestions?

I had the same problem and created on class with all the assignments . After that I made a backup of the course and restored it as a new course.

Made the required modifications to the new class and I was ready to go
