No a get no error messages. I comes up as if I had set the HTML editor as "do not allow" in the config.  page

I have send you an admin login by private Email if you  want to look at it.

I installed the latest 1.2 dev. on a new site, everything seems to work exept the HTML Editor.

Are there any addtional rquirement for the server which should be active?

I have installed  three Moodle installation using Fantastico. Very simple install,  but,  Netmodo is the site were I can not get the HTML editor to work. Does your HTML editor work?
