Agreed (the last bit) - before an upgrade we always try to let our task queue "run down". It's well worth checking for any outstanding problems before proceding with the upgrade. Perhaps we should add this to the upgrade instructions...

Given that the errors seem to be in the theme, does the problem go away when you switch to the core Boost theme?
If (as I suspect it will) it does, then I note that the Lamba theme is paid for and presumably comes with some support?
