Can you give a bit more information?

  • What is your Moodle setup?
  • What exactly where you doing when you got this error?
  • Can you upload any files at all?
  • Have you checked that config.php has the correct directories set up and that they have appropriate permissions (ie., writeable by web server application - IUSR-something with IIS)

Nested lists are not implemented at all at the moment. I am working on this right now, and hope to have it in the CVS in the next few days (real work permitting).

The wiki editor is not a special editor; as far as Moodle is concerned Wiki is just plain text so it is difficult to implement any special help or features at the editing level.

Re. your wish - it was never my intention to develop a Wiki engine within Moodle, although it is an interesting idea (maybe a new feature suggestion/idea). I just liked the power and simplicity of the formatting.

I have mentioned this new resource type before. However now that this is in the 1.0.9Beta release I would appreciate feedback from Wiki users.

There are a number of different Wiki schemes available, the one in Moodle being "stolen" from many resources. I am concerned that users are going to start complaining that it isn't the same as PhpWiki or whatever they use.

Do users have any thoughts or comments on the scheme in use and, more importantly, do you wish to see any additions or changes.

Thank You

Well strictly speaking it did. But it was just something along the lines of "Manual update required".

I'd never come accross that admin function, so I didn't know what it was talking about. A more helpful message perhaps??

Still.... sorted now (very easily) - thanks!!
