Firstly, almost none of this is a Moodle issue. Exept that, if the hostname/URL of your Moodle site has changed as a result of what you've done, you will need to change the $CFG->wwwroot setting in Moodle's config.php.
Anyway, when you say you "set a new DNS for my domain" can you explain exactly what has changed / what you did?
I would guess that you have chaned the hostname and the Apache configuration doesn't have a VirtualHost directive for the new name. So it doesn't know what to do and you are getting the default (Apache) page.
