Firstly, what you describe isn't a "complete site backup" because course backups don't contain "site data".

However, yes, you can automatically back up all your courses into separate files. See, Automated_course_backup.

However, you should *still* do a full site backup as well.

If you are asking "what HTML do I need to put in the box?" then you're really asking somebody to do it for you. That's not inconceivable, but you'll need to wait for somebody to come along who has already done this. I'm suggesting that it may be possible but would require some experimentation.

If in doubt, run Site admin > Server > PHP Info, and check where php.ini is being loaded (in the top block of info)

Somebody did. Sometimes hosting companies restrict things in PHP that they think may present a security issue.
