Are there any optional plugins involved here? While 4.3 may be compatible with PHP 8.2, that's only core Moodle. I doubt that all optional plugins will have been tested (yet).

Excuse my ignorance... I'm playing catchup here... what is the adhoc tasks actually doing? As opposed to simply displaying the stats? I'm seeing the task on our site running oddly consistently. About 6 times a day and each time taking just a few minutes over an hour.

Sorry for very late reply - for various political/operation issues we won't be upgrading until late in December. We'll need to see how we get on at that point.

help_popups is a bit of Javascript in the depths of Moodle. This sounds like something you may be seeing in the Javascript Console? I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean by 'arduinoCopy code'.

Is Moodle working other than this?

Kaltura springs to mind, but there are many "streaming video" services. Kaltura has a number of Moodle integrations.

They cost money, but the data goes in "the cloud" and all the irritating problems about delivering video become somebody elses problem.
