This gets asked a lot and you may want to do a search for creative solutions.
However, the short answer is "no". There is no option to do that.

Is this with the Boost theme or are you using an optional theme? If so, does it still happen with Boost?
Which version of Moodle is this? How did you install it?

I've been watching this with interest as (in a different life) I'm a bit of a Vue user (although, I don't consider myself any better than intermediate when it comes to Javascript).
I'm not sure what to make of the Moodle reactive stuff. I've read through the information available and find myself mostly confused. I don't have the motivation you have to go and dig into it. I suppose I'm concerned that I'm seeing (another?) sparsely documented, complex feature that will just be a barrier to many/most potential Moodle devs. What makes it worse, is that stuff like Vue.js and React are actually pretty straightforward to get going in.
As I've mentioned elsewhere, I've spent the last few years working on a Moodle project that cobbled in Vue.js for the UI. Vue "speaks" to the backend using Moodle web services. At the time, I would have felt better about using the core Reactive UI - but no clue.
