So it's nothing to do with the system. Your client doesn't want to use SCORM any more...

You can upload all the elements as separate resources / activities in Moodle. You could investigate H5P. But the best thing to emulate SCORM is probably SCORM. While it's an old technology, it does the job.

What version are you trying to install? What's your operating system? Have you read the relevant release notes and are you *sure* that all dependencies are met?

*Exactly* what problems are you having? What error messages (exactly, please) are you seeing?

I would be a little more succinct. Is SMTP set up in Moodle and does it work? If so, then the noreply address almost certainly needs to be a real address attached to your mail account or you'll get blocked (no fake email addresses).

If SMTP is not set up in Moodle then you're relying on local Sendmail which I would consider to be deprecated, these days. Unless you specifically know different (e.g. a "smart host" has been configured).
