You've kind of answered your own question. Edumy is dead and gone. You need a new theme. It's not going to get any better.

I think it might be the "if needed" that can trip things up.

I believe that the circumstances for sending emails is quite nuanced. I know that doesn't help but I'm aware of the issue. You need exactly the right combination of CSV contents and the settings on the form. I suspect that it made perfect sense to whoever wrote it. I assume the idea is that there are combinations of circumstances where sending an email makes sense and circumstances when it doesn't.

An option "send emails" might have been a lot easier.
