The problem... I can add an HTML block to the default Dashboard and then reset for all users. The trouble is that the text is now fixed for all users. I have no way to change it.
In order to update the text, I need to go through the whole process again.
Is anybody aware of any plugin or clever ploy that allows text to be changed on everybody's Dashboard without having to reset them all back to default?
