Go into completion settings and clear the completion records. You can also try disabling the completion in course settings, waiting a few minutes and enabling again. Purging caches is another possibility.

I've seen completion get "stuck"

The only way I can think to do this is to have two Assignments within a single grade category. Even if they are the same question.

You can then use the Gradebook options to deal with the result - drop lowest, or whatever you need.

I've got Behat working, but... the scenarious are failing because I have a couple of out of date plugins in my Moodle repo that are throwing deprecation notices. 

Is there any way to suppress these errors? Debugging is not "on" in my config.php.

I know I can/should fix them but I'm keen to test against the same stuff we are running in production and much paperwork/grief goes along with updating the live servers.

I'm a bit of a load testing sceptic. What you have demonstrated is how Moodle performs when load tested. This is not necessarily (I would argue, not at all) how it behaves under real use with human users.

I have had some real experience of this over the years. We have had some actual performance bottlenecks at times but we have *never* been able to predict them or recreate them using load testing.

None of this means that you shouldn't do load testing. Just that you have to be cautious what conclusions you reach.
