It's a little plugin I wrote to generate a list of copy commands to copy all optional plugins from an old to new version of Moodle.

From the moodledata folder you *only* need to migrate the 'filedir' folder. The rest gets recreated automatically (more or less).

The 'public' folder is the moodle program files. You need that.

Also worth noting that due to the quirky way file deleting was designed in Moodle, deleting anything can take several days before the files actually vanish off the disk. This is irritating but normal. Moosh has an option to hurry it up in an emergency.
