Narit, it wont be possible to check for moodle installation's source, but most of the time moodle installed from script installers end up in these weird messages, but do check with your IT team how they installed moodle.
It's not impossible to prevent people downloading videos, as they will eventually screen record while playback and there are plenty free screen recording applications out there, but this isn't everyone's cup of tea, so you can make it harder for people using downloaders by using streaming server as streaming server sends chunks of video packets rather than giving direct link to video downloaders.
where your player is concerned, if you're using HTML player, then using javascript/xml may will help you, else use a third party player (JWPlayer, FlowPlayer, Theo etc) to show only video playback controls. You may as well be able to find plenty of plug-ins in moodle plug-in database that will not show download button.
