I like the idea, though it would be good if there was also a "save and edit questions" button on the quiz editing page so that the current flow can be maintained if preferred.

Just a reminder, whenever you make a patch to the stable branch, you also need to merge this with the main development trunk, otherwise the fix may be lost in upcoming versions.  The procedure is described here (I realise it kinda implies this gets done in big lumps, but in reality we do it every time we update a file).

I think some people also want to disallow review of any kind (even after closing), so we probably need to extend that option with two more values:

0 - never allow review
1 - allow review after quiz is closed (default, as now)
2 - allow review while quiz is open
3 - allow review at any time

As I recall it was to make it more difficult for students to show fellow students the fully graded results (eg in a lab situation).
