Unfortunately not.  There is a lot of other stuff taking up dev time at HQ right now, and the deadline for 2.7 is not far off.

The recently-developed Moodlerooms interface is the #1 candidate for 2.8 though, well be looking at it with the intention of making it a full replacement of the existing interface (but that's not something to rush).

Not wanting to dampen your enthusiasm for the pretty work here but by not basing it on the Bootstrapbase theme in Moodle (which is the one all core and plugin developers are building for and testing with) you are running the risk of many more visual bugs cropping up around the place.  

This may increase your support load for this theme.
