I'm still planning my re-building of moodle.org, but I think one of the things I'll do is to have complete forums in "Using Moodle" for each major language.

This should allow a bit more freedom for native speakers of those languages to "hang out" together, while not being too distant from the English-speaking support forums.

I don't know of anything that would cause that, normally, but you can use the login page to mail a new one to yourself.

This error only occurs when Moodle is unable to insert data to the database. Try dropping all the tables and starting over. Watch carefully for errors in the database screens.

Is this still happening? What were you doing at the time?
