Hi Jeff,

Please check the following thread for ideas:
> I used local files and suspect that if I had these > files in some web space it would work fine. You do have some web space - the "Files" area of your Moodle course

. As long as you upload your images to your Moodle course, along with your Hot Potatoes htm file, you should be fine.
As Glenys says, the easiest way to do what you want to do is keep the images in the same folder as your quiz. Then once you are sure it works on your local machine, zip up the entire folder (including the image files), upload the zip file to your Moodle course, unzip it there and add a new HotPot activity which uses the Hot Potatoes htm file (or jqz file) as it source file.
Mary suggested a more long-winded solution, which is only necessary if your images are in a different Moodle course from your Hot Potatoes quiz file, and even then it will only work if your students have access to both courses.
If you continue to have problems, please upload the quiz and images to my
server, so that we can look at them together.
cheers
