talled moodel from my cpanel fantastico and the pages aren't formatted correctly.
Please take a look at it and advise me on how I can fix this.

I have been saying in this forum for a long time that I would avoid Fantastico like the plague, but this is the worst case I've seen so far. Usually the biggest problems were that it created a non-Unicode database (db), an obsolete version of Moodle, and that it didn't give you any easy way to update it. I would just delete everything, including the db, and start over, following the instructions for installing Moodle using cPanel without Fantastico.
