What version of Moodle do you have?? If you have 1.9 you should have a 'Users > Accounts > Bulk User Actions' menu that allows you to manage bulk accounts (Just be careful not to delete any Admin accounts you may want to keep - although I'm pretty sure you can delete your own account while doing this!?!?).
