Below is the spec of the server running Moodle:
1.86 quad core cpu
4GB Ram
Raid 5
We are running Windows 2003 SP2 as an OS. On top of this we have installed the following:
Moodle 1.9 + (Build: 20080409)
mysql-5.0.51a-win32
php-5.2.5-Win3
apache_2.0.63-win32-x86
We are experiencing speed issues with first page loading very slowly. Problem persists whether you access inside the LAN or externally. I have even tried isolating the server from rest of the network using a small switch and just connecting my laptop and accessing moodle but same problem.
Can someone advise me on how can I go about sorting out this problem. Currently I only have two users on the system but we are looking yo host approx 1500 users.
