I suppose you mean the Groups functionality. Yes, I have been working on adding this functionality recently and it should become available in the coming weeks (for Moodle 1.9).

In the standards modules like assignments and forums we have 2 different variables (Groups and Groupings). You enable groupings when you click on the Experimental link.

Hi Carlos,
Thanks for reminding me of the Groupings/Groups difference. Now that Groups has made its way into the new Questionnaire version, I hope we shall be able to make Questionnaire Groupings-aware as well, as soon as possible.
All the best
Joseph
PS.- Anyone interested can vote for bug report CONTRIB-557

Great Mike. Thanks!!!
Hi Mike and Joseph,
I have been testing Questionnaire for Moodle 1.9 (with capabilities and groups) and I think that I found a problem or maybe I am not doing something correct. I created a course with 2 Private Questionnaires. The first one is set to Group Mode: None. When a student takes the questionnaire, the results are viewed by the 2 instructors that are assigned to the course (that is ok). For the second one, the Group mode is set to: Separate Groups. There are 2 groups that were created. Instructor 1 belongs to the first group and Instructor 2 belongs to the second group. I changed the capability "Access all Groups" in the teacher role to prevent Instructor1 of viewing the results of Group 2 and the same for Instructor2. We want the instructors to only see the results of their group (Summary and View by Response). Instructor1 was able to see the results of his group (this is great) but also the individual results of everybody in the course. In other words he was able to see the individual results of members of Group 2. Is there a setting that I am not using correctly? Or it is not supposed to work like that.
Thanks for your help, Carlos

Hi Carlos,
This should work as expected. On your moodle site, is your teacher role set to enable roles override? You do not say where you set the View all groups capacity to No: sitewide, course-wide or just for the questionnaire? Do your teachers Instructor 1 and Instructor 2 have teacher editing or non-editing role? There are so many possiblities with the roles that it is really difficult to be sure of what one is doing. On my moodle test site I have assigned 2 "tutors" as non-editing teachers, each one in a group, and it each one can only view the results of a questionnaire set as "separate groups" for the students in their own group, as you wish to do. Try to experiment a bit more, mark down ALL the details and come back if it's still not working.
