Hello,
Just upgraded to 9.1 and installed Attendance (2008021904). First, I can't find how to show different groups. Secondly, attendance grades are not showing up on the Gradebook. If I go to "Edit Categories and Items" and hit "Syncronise Legacy Grades" Attendance shows up but no grades. Help! Thanks!
Luis

You can display groups if enable "Group metod" (switch to course's edit mode)
This option absents on options page of module. Sorry, is my fault.
>attendance grades are not showing up on the Gradebook
I'll check and try to find a bug.

"Group method" was enabled and works like a charm!
If it helps on your debugging, the Gradebook "maximum grade" is updated correctly every time a session gets entered, but no grades show up.
Regards,
Luis

Yeap, I noticed that attendance grade is not in Grader report.
There is no button or check box I can find to enable the entry in Grader report.

New version 2.0.4 of Attendance module compatible with Gradebook of Moodle 1.9.
Please test it!
Also now you not need to copy language and help files to moodle's lang. All should works good as is.
You can get latest build on Attendance's page in database "Modules and plugins":

I was just playing around with this and discovered that IF this is in a category (as opposed to the top level of the gradebook), you need to use the "Sum of grades" aggregation method.

School starts today so I was fiddling around with attendance and discovered that the key was not setting the aggregation method (it was coincidental to what I did apparently). Through a little trial and error we discovered yesterday that I had to go to the "Edit categories and items" page in gradebook, click the edit hand next to the attendance module's listing, and then click the "Save changes" button (even though I didn't make any changes). This then went through a couple of seconds to process the attendance and correctly report the attendance grades to the gradebook.

Hi, Dmitry,
I've activated the group method, but with 'separeted groups' It doesn't work like I need.
I need that sessions be dependent of groups (whe separeted groups is activated) and not general like it's working now.
What can I do?
bye.
