Hi Rebecca,
There is something seriously wrong with your webserver configuration.
Your webserver isn't processing php files. If you are not the admin of the machine please inform the person !
PS also the wrong config files is in http://www.pagancollege.com/moodle1.3/config.php
Just copy and past the URL in a browser ...and you'll see ...be carefull about the security ...

How could this happen suddenly ?

Rebecca...

The server is not finding the index page. The configs have been changed. It also isn't processing the php.

www.pagancollege.com/index.htm does work.

Rebecca...

It is not processing the php, and that is why it won't open the moodle site.

Someone made some changes to the web server configuration files. One change is to the DirectoryIndex. That is why the index page no longer comes up unless you have the complete path.

The other change has to do with the php.

Have you recently had an "upgrade"?

Rebecca...

Someone has changed the httpd.conf file, and it may have been part of something else they were doing.

Your config.php file can be read by anyone with a browser, and given security implications, you really need to get the webmaster to fix the settings, change the database password, etc.

Looks like the php is being processed now, but there is an error in the config

Error in: $CFG->dirroot = '/home/paganco/public_html/moodle1.2';

Try this: $CFG->dirroot = '/home2/paganco/public_html/moodle1.3';

Just what it says: try to modify in your config.php your dirroot to '/home2/paganco/public_html/moodle1.3';
