Installing and upgrading help

I'm currently enrolled in a nursing program at a small community college in Southern Oregon. Since my enrollment into the program we have used Moodle along with a few other departments on campus. The school primarily uses Angel learning system elsewhere. Before my enrollment I think that they were really taking a look at the alternatives, but some where along the line were sold on paying for a service thinking that any problems become that of the service provider. Anyways this brings me to the current problem we are facing. This last December while on Christmas break our Moodle was apparently hacked into and defaced and much of the content deleted. Since then they have tried to bring it back up through updating the software and restoring the data. They have encountered numerous problems and have never been able to bring us back up to a stable platform. So the administrations new take on it has been to just completely dump Moodle. So in the middle of winter term they have just booted all of the Moodle users and will no longer be providing it as a service. The R.N. program is already challenging enough to not have to deal with this. All of our assignments, forums, grades, instructor feedback, and everything else that Moodle have provided us in now gone. I'm wondering if there is some institution or entity out there that would be willing to host our Moodle for us until the end of our Spring term of 2008. Or would be willing to provide the schools technical positions some help.
