Once "nb" is set up: sites switching to "nb" who wish to delete the "no" language pack should not forget to:

make sure no user has "no" as default language on their profile (do some SQL hocuspocus to make sure)
site language is set to "nb"
multilang tags are changed to "nb"
realise that course backups or backups of the database with "no" will no longer restore properly
... (please add if necessary...)
