I am talking about the questionare module.
When I view the reponses they are displayed as number, I wish to change it so I can see the responses by the usersname who put it in, not by numbers which I cant match to users.

I'am afraid this is not possible or desirable. If there are a fairly large number of respondents and responses, then displaying usernames (or do you want Full name as well?) instead of numbers would considerably increase the size of the list of responses. The present solution is I think an acceptable solution, where by hovering mouse over the numers you can easily see date and name of respondent.
