Hi Aaron,
First of all, your video stands out amongst the others by its clarity. Your speech is deliberately slow and well pronounced, which makes your video very accessible. Another good point is that you go through each point without skipping over key elements. We can see where you're clicking, and what you're doing at all times. This makes it easy to reproduce your actions.
Your video would have benefited from a small level of zoom, to make the text a little easier to read. Also, I'm not sure which method you chose for sound compression, but it cracks quite a bit. This doesn't distract too much though, I wouldn't worry much about it.
The main point that needs work is your time management. Two segments in particular are needlessly long, with no commentaries, and basically add nothing to the learning experience of the viewer. The first one is the logging in as administrator, which takes 15 seconds. You could easily do this in a couple of seconds, even if this means having a browser tab ready in advance with the admin already logged in.
The second segment is when you scroll down the permissions table. This takes a painful 14 seconds, at the end of which we could forgive the viewer for forgetting what you're scrolling down for

You could just ctrl-pagedown to the bottom after explaining that this is what you're doing. Then don't forget to mention that you are clicking on the save button. It's not that obvious at this resolution.
If you reduce these two segments you will bring your total video time to around 3 minutes, which is perfect, and you will teach the same amount of material with added effectiveness. Nevertheless, pending a little more feedback here I'm quite happy to tag this task as complete for you. Well done!
