After we upgraded moodle to 1.8.3 the book module seems fine but the teacher of a course can not have the interface to upload the image file (with insert tool) as he edit the book chapter page. If logged in as an admin of the course site and try to insert the image again the image file upload interface is shown up.
I thought there is the problem with the teacher's role definition. But I could not find anywhere I can define the teacher's role for Book module.
Is there any easy way or I have to modify the source code?

I'm having a problem just with .swf files...
When attaching a SWF file to book content, it doesn't show the file, just a blank square... SWF files work fine in other parts of the course, so I know it's not filters problems...
After upgrading the book module from version 1.6 to version 1.8 and everything seems fine.
