Question on Moodle 1.8.2 Database Table mdl_attendance_sessions

Hi,

I would appreciate your help in decoding the value of the "sessdate" attribute stored in the table - for example, one value of the attribute is read as "1189465200". I suspect that this stored value translates to "11.09.07", but the encoding algorithm is not clear to me.

As far as I know, it's the number of seconds since 01/01/1970 00:00.
