I'm working on the Offline Moodle project (details at http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=71136
and http://hawk.aos.ecu.edu/moodle/). As part of the project the backup and restore tool has been fantastically helpful. However to take things forward we would really like to request so enhancements both to the api and to the functionality. What's the best way of going about this. Should I post a set of requests in the tracker?
