month names in calendar only in english

Hi,

I'm using moodle 1.2.1 in my school site and I'm testing 1.3 beta version. The calendar block is great but it shows the names of the months only in english. The rest appears in the language I had selected but not the month names. The file calendar.php is completed translated.

What about dates in your forums etc? Are they in pt_br?

It's working OK here with the locale set correctly.

Thanks for the reply. This was a fresh installation on my laptop on windows xp, not my server. I had verified the dates and, no their not. I think I had figure it out... it's my server on windows xp (appserv) ... I think. I will teste it on my server. And yes, here on moodle.org it's ok.

Very good Martin for figure it tha the language is pt.

Thanks for the tip, I had the same problem and it's fixed now.

For Hebrew, I had to set the locale in the main variables to he_IL.

I noticed there are a few threads about this issue - maybe it would help to add a note regarding this issue in http://moodle.org/doc/?file=install.html#admin or in the FAQ http://moodle.org/doc/?file=faq.html .
