Winston, could you please post the css code you are using. Also, what folder is the certificate icon in? Maybe I can get an idea of why it isn't working.

Are you using the certificate locking code or the AL code? The AL code can have it's own css styles for locking (I think it's in the docs)--you might try using that and adding the above to it for when locked.
