I've a strange problem. I'm compiling a glossary, with the auto-link enbled. So when on the text of the explanation of a terms is shown a term that is the caption of another glossary term, that terms is not whoed. Why? is there some body that can help me?

Sorry, I do not understand your problem. I do not understand "... that terms is not whoed". Could you re-explain it here, please giving a real example (in English).

"whoed" mean Showed. But I've found the solution. The problem is on the CSS of the theme "formal white". the HTML tag "a" when is inside to some other tag, have somewhereas the attribute "hidden".
If I change the theme, the problem doees not show.
With a programmer we saw that the problem is in that tag, but we are unable to see where.
