Attempting to install at BlueDomino

Attempting to install at BlueDomino

I am trying to install Moodle at BlueDomino.  When I click "next" on the Moodle Intallation page all I get is a blank screen.  Blue Domino insists their server is set up to handle Moodle and they have several Moodle users currently set up.  any idea what I'm doing wrong.

Blue Domino also tells me I cannot create a database named Moodle because one already exists on their server.  Is this an issue?

Thanks

KD,

  1. http://docs.moodle.org/en/Installation_FAQ#Why_is_a_particular_page_blank_or_incomplete.3F
  2. As for the database, I am somewhat surprised that a web host can only have one client with a database of a particular name. That would seem to require all their clients to be aware of the names of all the databases created by all the other clients! However, even if that's true, it should not be a problem. Moodle does not require your database to be named moodle. You can name it anything you want (subject to the character set allowed by MySQL or whatever database server they have). Just be sure to tell Moodle the name of the database you create.
