Seems like Mexican Spanish is in complete, there must be some of you that like to add some as a community project.
The issue with mexican spanish are the different kind of expresions and words used all around Mexico. I might be able to provide a Standard Version of it, but, maybe this won't be the best choice for your state or area.
A mexican translation community would be able to build a Mexican Language Pack that had appropiate terms for all our different ways of speaking. Furthermore, we should think about dialects. Mexicans have the need of moodle in communities were spanish is not even spoken!!!. This would be an incredible project!

The international Spanish Moodle community decided some years ago to close many of the dialects down as the differences were too small and the packs were getting fragmented. You may want to discuss this in the Spanish language forums and see what people think.
