Can anybody please help. I'm not a true and true PHP programmer. How do I install GD into my php to allow users to upload their pics? Please help

Easies way is upgrade to PHP 4.3.x it includes GD-by default.
If you cant upgrade
Tell first what oparating system is running on your server?
Then some one could help you.
