I have installed feedback 1.9 at moodle 1.8.2,and I use traditional chinese character(zh_tw_utf8),the widows' character set is "cp950".
If I set up a survey using chinese character,and everything is well but excel file.
When I set Administration->Language->Language settings "unicode",the chinese character in excel is blank,and if I change Administration->Language->Language settings to "latin",the characters are gibberish.How can I solve it?
Could you build up another option for exporting to excel with ".html" format or "xml" format?
