we just upgraded to 1.8.2 from 1.5.3 to 1.6. i'm having problems moving blocks on my main page now. i click the arrow and the page refreshes but the block just stays there.
any ideas?

Do you possibly have ajax turned on? Some odd behavior has been reported with that. If that is the case, you might try turning it off and see if the problem is resolved.
