Editing: Not able to use, error comes up!

Can someone please help me, as this is driving me insane. I am now able to log-in to my Moodle site, but when I want to turn on Editing, the scrip below comes up, and my Web site host (who really know nothing much about Moodle or it's existance) say it is not a script error or is in existence, but it has to be, otherwise the Editing would work.

Please help with some type of easy explanation, as I'm no good at any of this, and need all the help I can get in getting this extremely hard to get working Moodle, mind you, when I say that I mean it, but it's an extremely useful program as well.

Stuart

It seems you installed an addon module. Was Moodle working correctly before you installed the extra module? Was the module working correctly?

I have seen this error show up when a module was uninstalled in the wrong way (but never inside a SQL statement)
Did you try uninstalling the audiorecorder module in some way?

I was receiving a similar error related to the questionnaire module. Once the module was deleted, the error no longer appeared. This appears to be an issue with other non-standard modules. Have you tried to delete the audiorecorder module?
