(apologies for cross-posting on the social forum, I wasn't quite sure where to put this one).
On the frontpage of my site, I would like to place a box where people simply input their e-mail to receive e-mails from a mailing list, with the mailing list messages also being created within moodle. It should be that easy. Put in your e-mail address, get the confirmation e-mail, and start receiving e-mails from the mailing list. I specifically do not want people to have to log in. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what would be the easiest way to do this?
