Does anyone have a Vietnamese language module? If not, I need either a commercial product/open source translation product or either a company or individual that can provide that service.
Any thoughts?
Nothing exists as yet, but if you find someone to do the work please consider donating the language pack back to Moodle! 
I am currently converting Moodle into Vietnamese. For our needs, I won't translate Moodle completely. When I'm done I will donate the language pack to Moodle.
